Weekly Homework

Think in English!
Talk in English as much as possible! Talk to your homestay family, classmates (Even if they speak your language, try and speak in English), Camosun staff, store employees, etc.

You need to write about your adventures in Victoria each night. You should write about ten sentences. You will hand it in Thursday. Please proofread it carefully. You can take your journal back to Japan and reflect later on all of your wonderful adventures.
Poster Presentation: Your poster presentation is Friday, February 27.

Week One

Wednesday

1) Introduce yourself to the class. You can use some of the information from the get-to-know-you activity we did in class.

2) Think in English!

3) Talk to your homestay family as much as possible!

4) Write ten sentences about your day. Think about 5W+H (who, what, when, where, why and how). Use your five senses (Sight, touch, taste, smell and hearing). These two weeks will go by quickly, and writing in your journal is a great way to remember all the great things you see and do! It is due Thursday.
